At Crionis, I'm responsible for day to day operations and long term planning, ensuring the company runs smoothly and stays aligned with its goals. Over the years, I've shaped internal processes, structured business and financial plans, and managed cross team projects. My role often requires flexibility and creative problem solving, especially when delivering results without dedicated resources. In recent years, a significant part of my role has involved building our investment strategy. I created our business plan, designed the business model, developed go-to-market strategies and detailed financial projections covering revenue, expenses, profitability, valuation scenarios and key performance indicators. I actively participated in investor meetings and advised the team throughout the fundraising process. I also developed our sustainability strategy during a critical transition. After losing our main client, I created operational and financial scenarios that kept us running for over two years while repositioning for new opportunities. My focus has always been on people and how we work together. One result of this approach is that people tend to stay with us and remain engaged with their work.

At PAVELJAME, I’ve worked as both a DevOps engineer and web developer, mainly supporting small to medium-sized businesses. My focus has been on building and maintaining scalable, secure, and stable infrastructure, while keeping everything easy to maintain and deploy. I’ve used tools like Terraform and Ansible to automate provisioning and configuration, and worked with Kubernetes and Docker to manage containerized environments. I’ve deployed and supported systems across various platforms, most often AWS and Hetzner, but also others depending on the project. For monitoring and logs, I used Grafana, Loki, and Prometheus to keep services reliable and easier to troubleshoot. For CI/CD, I worked with GitLab CI and GitHub Actions, building custom pipelines suited to each team’s workflow. In addition to infrastructure, I built and maintained simple websites and small web apps designed for end users. I also put a lot of effort into optimizing websites to load quickly and stay responsive, even under pressure.

As a co-founder and developer, I fueled business growth by strategically acquiring and managing client relationships. I also wore multiple hats, serving as a developer and SEO expert to enhance our online presence.

As COO, I was in charge of both the development and marketing teams, making sure projects were managed and finished. I also took part in sales talks and deals, helping to create successful sales plans.

As a front-end developer at Odin d.o.o., my role included bug fixing, developing responsive websites, and serving overseas clients.

As a web administrator at Arthir d.o.o., I handled front-end development, SEO optimizations, marketing graphics, and provided training and support for employees. I also offered IT technical support for a company specializing in real estate and solar hot water systems.
